Celebrate Groundhog's Day on Thursday, Feb. 2, by meeting Walney the groundhog at Ellanor C. Lawrence Park in Chantilly.

Learn some facts about groundhogs from 4:30 p.m to 5 p.m. at the park located at 5040 Walney Road.

Participants must be at least three years old. The cost is $5 per person. You can register online or call 703-222-4664.

Punxsutawney's site insists that Phil is the only weather forecasting groundhog.
