Celebrating the Fourth of July in Fairfax Station and Clifton

See what events are happening in our area.

If you’re thinking about how to celebrate the Fourth of July next Wednesday, the town of Clifton and beyond is offering some ways to celebrate.

Clifton will be having a parade down Main Street beginning at 4 p.m. with a potluck following the events.

If you want to venture out of Fairfax Station to catch some fireworks, the city of Fairfax is hosting an evening show and fireworks at Fairfax High School beginning at 7 p.m. , with free admission. They will have live music, with the fireworks set to go off at 9:20 p.m. Smoking, alcohol and dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed.
