Which is the best mechanic shop in Lorton, Fairfax Station and Clifton? There are quite a few choices, and Patch wants your opinion.

You can vote in the poll below and click on the link to your favorite mechanic to rate the business and leave a review. It would be helpful if you'd leave a comment on why it's your favorite: great service, fair prices, extended hours?

The polls close at 9 a.m. on Friday. The name of the winning business will be posted by the afternoon. The decision will be based on votes tallied, and comments and reviews.

Because this poll is not scientific, the winner will be determined by the Patch editor based on poll results and your comments and reviews (with the comments and reviews counting more in the outcome). So, please vote only once per survey, per Patch site.

What's the prize? Bragging rights! The winning mechanic will be able to tell everyone they were voted a "Lorton/Fairfax Station Patch Readers' Choice."

I would include:
Burke Auto Service Experts
5765 Z Burke Centre Parkway
Burke, VA 22015.

Even though it's a Burke address, it's just off of Rte 123 and very convenient to the east side of Clifton and Fairfax Station. They would get my vote!

I used to live in Northern Virginia and now reside in Annapolis MD....I've had to use Precision Collision on several occassions and I'm extremely satisified...The staff is very courteous and professional...The quality of the body work is superior and second to none!...Highly recommended!..Two thumbs up for Precision Collision!

I would never have anything to do so called Precision Collision. They took one week longer and never called to tell me so. They wouldn't honor their "Lifetime" warranty. One year later they left me with two rusting leaking holes in the cab of my F-150 where they welded a new left side panel of the cab. When i and my wife first the owner Robert P something was all smiles and bullshit. When time came to honor the warranty he was nowhere to be found and the shop foreman kept repeating that he couldn't reproduce the leak with a hose. I showed the water stain . He said that didn't matter. not to him.
