Sad that FCPS considers this news deserving a press release. Isn't this Jack Dale's job?

Dale's been in the job 7 years and is leaving next year. Who cares where this lameduck is on Opening Day.
Once again, Patch publishes a press release from FCPS without editing or reporting.
This isn't journalism. It's stenography.
If you want to be part of Barbara Hunter's public relations department, Ms.Larson, apply for the job.

Thank you, Mr. Farrell for sharing your opinion. I did edit the release, and I published the information so that parents who might want to know Mr. Dale was visiting their child's school could meet him. Other that that, you're correct in that I gave it no more attention.
