Burke Center Library hosted a preschool program for two - three year olds, focusing on trains. The program included live music, story reading, and toy trains for the children to play with.
Special guest Jon Vrana, vice president of the Fairfax Station Railroad Museum, brought his guitar to sing train-themed songs.
Nancy Klein, youth services manage at Burke Centre Library, said the preschool story programs are designed to develop early literacy skills.
