 t Temple is celebrating its' 31st Obon Festival on Saturday\, July  14th
  from 5:30pm to 9pm with a full evening of activities including  traditi
 onal Japanese folk dancing\, a memorial candle ceremony\,  children's ga
 mes and a taiko performance by Nen Daiko. Great food will  be available 
 for purchase including chicken teriyaki bento\, somen\, curry  rice\, sh
 aved ice\, hot dogs\, and homemade desserts. Food can be  pre-ordered (r
 ecommended) at www.ekoji.org.&nbsp\; Temple tours will be  available.&nb
 sp\; On Sunday\, July 15\, a joint service will be held at 11 a.m.\,  of
 ficiated by Rev. Brian Nagata visiting from Berkeley\, Ca.\, who will  a
 lso serve as the guest speaker. The festival is free and open to the  pu
