Highest Sold Homes – Fairfax Station & Fairfax: November

A beautiful custom home on five acres, the home at 11133 Sandy Manor Drive had the highest sales price of all homes in Fairfax Station this November, selling for $1,050,000.  The three highest listings sold for all of Fairfax County in November 2013:

1. 913 Douglass Drive, McLean, VA - Selling Price: $2,775,000

2. 502 River Bend Road, Great Falls, VA – Selling Price: $2,075,000
