Our new weekly look at dining in and around the Fairfax Station - Clifton area
You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Fairfax Station Patch will pick a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:
The Clifton Cafe -- This time of year, there's something very appealing about a cozy-looking cottage painted periwinkle. Everyone knows The Clifton Cafe is a great little spot for coffee with your buddies, but did you know they also make speciality coffees, crepes of every kind, and sandwiches. They also cater to the kids crowd with smoothies, PB&J and hot chocolate. Last time I was hear the place was buzzing on a Saturday afternoon, with a casual crowd enjoying lunch and conversation.
