Frugal Family

Weekly discounts in the Fairfax Station area.

Every week, we'll be highlighting great deals for area parents and their families around the Fairfax Station area, with help from Tim Boone of Tim's Fairfax Deals.

This week, Frugal Family scoured our local sources and came up with some great deals on a haircut, all you can eat wings, a bowling outing, a free admission offer for preschoolers, and a couple of daily deal offerings from your favorite box stores.

Tip of the week: Going somewhere this week? Most restaurants email a coupon for something for free if you sign up for their newsletter. Check out their website before you go and sign up. If they end up sending too many emails (I’ve found the great majority don’t even email weekly), then opt out immediately. At least you got your free item.
