 1. On the Go

Where/When: Woodrow Wilson Library, 6101 Knollwood Drive, Falls Church/Wednesday, March 23, 10:30 a.m.-11:10 a.m.

2. March Into Spring

Where/When: George Mason Regional Library, 7001 Little River Turnpike, Annandale/Thursday, March 24, 10:30 a.m.-11 a.m.

Why Go: Your little ones will delight in stories, fingerplay and music about spring. This event is for children ages 3-5 with an adult.

3. Lunchtime at the Movies: Fairy Tales

Where/When: Pohick Regional Library, 6450 Sydenstricker Road, Burke/Thursday, March, 24, 11:30 a.m.

Why Go: Pack a bag lunch for you and your kids and enjoy an indoor picnic and movie based on a children’s book. This event is for children ages 1-6 years old with an adult.

4. The Drew Kennerley Magic Show

Where/When: Burke Centre Library, 5935 Freds Oak Road, Burke/Thursday, March 24, 4 p.m.

Why Go: Your children will laugh stare in wide eyed disbelief as they watch Drew Kennerley the comedic magician. This event is for children age 6-10 years old, tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the program begins.

5. Squirreling Around on a Spring Day

Where/When: Sully Historic Site, 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly/Saturday, March 26, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Why Go: Richard Bland Lee, Northern Virginia’s first Representative to Congress had a pet white squirrel. Your kids will enjoy going searching his house to “find” their own squirrels to make and take home. This event is for children ages 6 to 12 with an adult.
