It's a wonder that the windows of the George Mason University Patriot Center are still intact. On Tuesday night, thousands of screaming fans attended the Hot 99.5 Jingle Ball concert, and the lineup included performances from Justin Bieber, Enrique Iglesias, Ke$ha, Flo Rida, Ed Sheeran, PSY, Austin Mahone and Cher Lloyd.
