Clifton Egg Hunts Scheduled

Egg hunts are scheduled this weekend in the town of Clifton.

Clifton children will be on the hunt for Easter eggs this Saturday.

Several egg hunts are planned in Clifton neighborhoods by the nanny company the Cultural Care Au Pairs of Clifton, Fairfax and Fairfax Station.

There are separate hunts for three different age groups. Toddlers through preschool-aged children will hunt near the Weaver House on Clifton’s Main Street. Kindergarten through second grade students will canvass the Clifton Town Park along with third through fourth graders.

Organizers say that participants must use collection bags provided—no personal baskets. Admission is $3 per child.

The event begins Saturday at 12 p.m. with registration ending at 11:45 a.m. at the park located at approximately 7152 Main St. or the Weaver House at 7144 Main St. The rain date for the event is Sunday, April 1 at 2 p.m. with registration ending at 1:45 p.m. For more information, contact the local coordinator at CliftonEggHunt@cox.net or call (703) 944-3907.
