  • Critical (Corrected during inspection): Open drinking containers were stored in a manner that may contaminate food, food contact surfaces or utensils.
  • Critical (Corrected during inspection): Meso soup was held at the improper temperature. 
  • Non-Critical: The hand sink at the sushi bar is being used to wash utensils, dump food and process food.
