Fairfax Station/Clifton Businesses Go After $250,000 Grant

Several Fairfax Station and Clifton businesses need at least 250 votes from you before they are even considered to be in the running for the grant.

Six Fairfax Station-area businesses are competing for a $250,000 small-business grant offered by Chase Bank USA and LivingSocial and they need at least 250 votes to have a chance at the big money.

The grant contest's mission is to increase awareness of the important role small businesses play in local communities and to help small businesses grow. Voting ends June 30. The project is called Mission Small Business.
