Are you a coffee lover? The National Coffee Association says 83 percent of Americans have had a cup of coffee in the past year.

While there are some health concerns about over-consumption of caffeine, “for most people the health benefits [of consuming coffee] outweigh the risks,” according to the Mayo Clinic.

In moderation, coffee may help prevent Parkinson’s disease, Type 2 diabetes and liver cancer. It also contains antioxidants. Read more about the health benefits (and risks) from drinking coffee here.
