BRAC / FAIRFAX COUNTY PARKWAY EXTENSION PROJECT

• Fairfax County Pkwy. (Route 7100/286) north and south from Pohick Rd. overpass to Rolling Rd. - Single lane closed Monday - Friday for paving, signage and electrical work.
• Franconia Springfield Pkwy. (Route 7900/289) east from Rolling Rd. to Accotink Creek bridge - Single lane closed Monday - Friday for signal, electrical and paving work.

DULLES CORRIDOR METRORAIL PROJECT

Nighttime work - Closures occur between 9:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. unless otherwise noted.

• I-495 south to Exit 45B, Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east - Ramp closed Wednesday - Friday nights for bridge painting. Traffic will be directed to continue south to Exit 46B, Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north and follow signs to Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east.
• I-66 west at the Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) - Right lane closed Monday - Friday nights for barrier movement.
• I-66 east from Exit 67, Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) to Great Falls St. overpass - Left lane closed Friday and Saturday nights for material movement.
• Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east from Trap Rd. to Spring Hill Rd. - Two left lanes closed Friday and Saturday night for bridge work.
• Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east from I-495 to Exit 19, Dolley Madison Blvd. (Route 123) - Road closed Wednesday - Friday nights for bridge painting. Traffic will be directed to take I-495 south to Exit 46B, Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north and follow signs to Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east.  
• Dulles International Airport Access Hwy. east from Centerville Rd. (Route 657) to Leesburg Pike (Route 7) - Road closed Sunday - Tuesday nights for bridge work. Traffic will be directed to the Dulles Toll Rd. (Route 267) east.
• Dulles International Airport Access Hwy. east from Trap Rd. to Leesburg Pike (Route 7) - Right lane closed Wednesday - Friday nights for bridge work.
• Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west from Spring Hill Rd. to Westwood Center Dr. - Left lane and left turn lanes closed Monday - Friday nights for station work. Traffic will be directed to continue west, make a U-turn at Jarrett Valley Dr. onto Leesburg Pike (Route 7) east and make a right onto Westwood Center Dr.
• Leesburg Pike (Route 7) east from Westwood Center Dr. to Spring Hill Rd. - Left lane and two left turn lanes closed Monday - Friday nights for station work. Traffic will be directed to continue east make a U-turn at Westpark Dr. onto Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west and make a right onto Spring Hill Rd.
• Leesburg Pike (Route 7) east from Gosnell Rd. to Marshalls Dr. - Right lane closed Monday - Friday nights for station work.
• Leesburg Pike (Route 7) east to Dulles Toll Rd. (Route 267) east - Ramp closed Monday - Tuesday nights for bridge work. Traffic will be directed to make a U-turn at Tyco Rd. onto Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west and follow signs to Dulles Toll Rd. (Route 267) east.
• Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north at Tysons Blvd. - Left turn lane closed Monday - Friday nights for station work. Prior to work zone, traffic will be directed to make a left onto International Dr., right onto Galleria Dr. and follow signs to Tysons Blvd.
• Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) south at Tysons Blvd. – Two right lanes closed Monday - Friday nights for station work. Traffic will be directed to continue south, make a right onto International Dr., right onto Galleria Dr. and follow signs to Tysons Blvd.
• Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) south at International Dr. - Two right turn lanes closed Wednesday - Friday nights for concrete work. Traffic will be directed to continue south, take Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west, make a right onto Greensboro Dr. and follow signs to International Dr.
• Dolley Madison Blvd. (Route 123) south to Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east. - Ramp closed Wednesday - Friday nights for bridge painting. Traffic will be directed to continue south, make a right onto Colshire Meadow Dr., right on Old Meadow Dr., right on Dolley Madison Blvd. (Route 123) north and follow signs to Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east.

Police will be on site for motorist safety.

• Expect daytime delays between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the Tysons Corner area along the Dulles Connector Road (Route 267), Leesburg Pike (Route 7) and Dolley Madison Blvd. (Route 123).

495 EXPRESS LANES PROJECT

• I-495 south from Exit 44, Georgetown Pike (Route 193) to Oak St. overpass - Three lanes closed Sunday – Saturday nights for overhead sign and paving work. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-495 south to Exit 45B, Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east - Ramp closed Monday - Friday for overhang removal. Traffic will be directed to continue south to Exit 46B, Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north and follow signs to Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) east.
• Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) west at I-495 - Road closed Monday - Friday nights for bridge painting. Traffic will be directed to take I-495 north to Exit 44, Georgetown Pike (Route 193) west, stay to the left, follow signs to I-495 south and take Exit 45A, Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) west.

• I-495 north to Exit 46B, Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday  nights for paving. Traffic will be directed to take Exit 46A, Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) south, stay to the right, follow signs to I-495 south, stay to the right, and enter onto Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north.
• Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north to I-495 south - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday nights for bridge painting. Traffic will be directed to continue north to I-495 north, stay to the right to enter onto Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) south and follow signs to I-495 south.
• Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north and south at Westpark Dr. overpass - Two right lanes closed Sunday - Saturday nights for signal work.
• I-495 south to Exit 47B, Leesburg Pike (Route 7) east - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday nights for paving. Traffic will be directed to take Exit 47B, Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west and make a U-turn at International Dr. onto Leesburg Pike (Route 7) east.
• I-495 north to Exit 47A and B, Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west and east - Ramps closed Sunday - Saturday nights for paving. Traffic will be directed to continue north to Exit 46A, Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) south, make a left onto International Dr. south and follow signs to Leesburg Pike (Route 7).
• Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west and east to I-495 north - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday nights for paving. Traffic will be directed to take International Dr. north, make a right onto Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north and follow signs to I-495 north.
• Leesburg Pike (Route 7) west and east to I-495 south - Ramps closed Sunday - Saturday nights for sign work and paving. Traffic will be directed to make a right onto International Dr. north, make a right onto Chain Bridge Rd. (Route 123) north and follow signs to I-495 south.
• Jones Branch Dr. north and south from Westpark Dr. to Westbranch Dr. - Road closed Monday night for sign work. Traffic will be directed to follow posted detour signs.
• I-495 north from Oak St. overpass to Exit 44, Georgetown Pike (Route 193) - Three lanes closed Sunday - Saturday nights for paving, painting, and utility work.  Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-495 south from Oak St. overpass to Lee Hwy. (Route 29) overpass - Three lanes closed Tuesday - Saturday nights for paving and utility work. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-495 south to Exit 49, I-66 west - Full or partial ramp closure Sunday - Saturday nights for demolition. Detour for full ramp closure - Traffic will be directed to continue south to Exit 52B, Little River Tpk. (Route 236) east, stay to the right, follow signs to I-495 north and take Exit 49, I-66 west.
• I-66 west to I-495 south - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday nights for overhead sign installation and road work. Traffic will be directed to continue west to Exit 62, Nutley St. south, stay to the right, follow signs to I-66 east to I-495 south.
• I-66 west from Exit 66, Leesburg Pike (Route 7) to Gallows Rd. overpass - Two lanes closed Sunday - Saturday nights for utility and sign work. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-66 east from Exit 62, Nutley St. to Exit 67, Dulles Connector Rd. (Route 267) - Three lanes closed Sunday - Saturday nights for overhead sign installation. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-66 east general purpose ramp (right exit) or HOV (left exit) to I-495 north or south - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday nights for bridge demolition and sign work. Traffic will be directed to use the I-66 east HOV ramp (left exit) or general purpose ramp (right exit) to access I-495 north or south.  
• Nutley St. north and south to I-66 east - Ramps closed Sunday - Saturday nights for overhead sign installation. Traffic will be directed to take I-66 west to Exit 57A, Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy. (Route 50) east, stay to the right and follow signs to I-66 east.
• I-495 north from Exit 50, Arlington Blvd. (Route 50) to Oak St. overpass - Three lanes closed Sunday - Saturday nights for paving, utility work and steel beam erection. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-495 south from Exit 51, Gallows Rd. (Route 650) to Heming Ave. underpass - Three lanes closed Monday - Thursday nights for bridge work. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• Gallows Rd. (Route 650) north and south at I-495 - Single lane closed Tuesday night for sign installation. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• Gallows Rd. (Route 650) north and south just inside I-495 - Road closed Saturday night for sign installation. Gallows Rd. southbound traffic seeking access to Gallows Rd. inside the Beltway will be directed to take I-495 north to Exit 50B, Arlington Blvd. (Route 50) east to Graham Rd. south and make a right onto Annandale Rd. south to follow signs to Gallows Rd. (Route 650). Gallows Rd. (Route 650) northbound traffic seeking access to I-495 will be directed to take Gallows Rd. (Route 650) south,  make a right onto Annandale/ Hummer Rd., right onto Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west and follow signs to I-495.
• I-495 south to Exit 54B, Braddock Rd. (Route 620) east - Ramp closed Monday - Thursday nights for steel beam erection. Traffic will be directed to take Exit 54A, Braddock Rd. (Route 620) west and make a left at the traffic signal onto Braddock Rd. (Route 620) east.
• I-495 north at Exit 54A and B, Braddock Rd. (Route 620) west and east - Ramps closed Sunday- Saturday nights for milling and paving. Traffic will be directed to continue north to Exit 52A, Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west, stay to the right, follow signs to I-495 south and take Exit 54A, Braddock Rd. (Route 54) west.
• Braddock Rd. (Route 620) west to I-495 north - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday nights for milling and paving. Prior to work zone, traffic will be directed to make a right onto Backlick Rd. north, a left onto Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west and follow signs to I-495 north.
• Braddock Rd. (Route 620) east to I-495 north - Ramp closed Sunday - Saturday nights for milling and paving. Traffic will be directed to continue east and make a left onto Backlick Rd. north, left onto Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west and follow signs to I-495 north.
• Braddock Rd. (Route 620) east to I-495 south - Single lane of ramp closed Friday night for sign installation. Expect intermittent full ramp closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• Braddock Rd. (Route 620) west from Port Royal Rd. to I-495 - Road closed Friday night for sign installation. Two-way traffic will be directed by a flagger on Braddock Rd. (Route 260) east.
• I-495 north from Robinson Terminal to Exit 52, Little River Tpk. (Route 236) - Three lanes closed Sunday - Saturday nights for milling and paving. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-495 north at Robinson Terminal - Three lanes closed Sunday night for sign installation. Expect intermittent full road closures of up to 30 minutes after midnight.
• I-495 north (Inner Loop) at I-395 - Road closed Sunday night for sign installation. Traffic will be directed to take Exit 170A, I-395 north to Exit 2, Edsall Rd. west, stay to the right, follow signs to I-395 south and take Exit 1D, I-495 north (Inner Loop) toward Tysons Corner.
• I-395 north at I-495 - Road closed Friday night for restriping. Traffic will be directed to take Exit 170, I-495 north (Inner Loop) toward Tysons Corner to Exit 52A, Little River Tpk. (Route 236) west, stay to the right, follow signs to I-495 south and take Exit 57B, I-395 north.
• I-95 north to I-495 north (Inner Loop) - Ramp closed Sunday night for sign installation. Traffic will be directed to take I-395 north to Exit 2, Edsall Rd. west, stay to the right, follow signs to I-395 south and take Exit 1D, I-495 north (Inner Loop) toward Tysons Corner.

• I-95 north from Exit 152, Dumfries Rd. to Exit 169, Franconia/Old Keene Mill Rd. (Route 644) - Single lane closed Monday - Friday nights for water level readings.
