Fairfax Museum to Host Civil War Lecture

Author Carl Sell and his granddaughter will speak at the museum at 7:30 p.m. at 11200 Fairfax Station Rd. Sell, author of “Thank God He Survived Picket’s Charge” will talk about his great grandfather’s time in the Civil War.

His granddaughter, Danielle Clarke, will discuss her great-great-great grandfather, a Union private who was wounded at Fairfax Station on Nov. 2, 1982, soon to be 150 years ago.
