Jeans Day 2011 Aimed at Ending Homelessness

Want to help end homelessness in Fairfax County? Then sign up to have your company participate in Jeans Day 2011 on Friday, Oct. 21.

The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has declared Friday, Oct. 21 as Jeans Day 2011.

Participating companies and organizations can sign up to allow employees to wear jeans that day in return for a $5 contribution to the Campaign to End Homelessness.

Each participating Department and/or business will collect the funds and send their donations to the Partnership to End Homelessness.

Only businesses need to sign up in advance. Individuals can also particpate by wearing jeans on Friday (if their company is partcipating) and then sending a check to the Campaign to End Homelessness.
