How Young Is Too Young?

Kids may start nagging their parents about having cell phones as early as age 10, with a host of creative scenarios in hand to back up their case:

 “What if I get lost in the mall and have to call you to find you?”

 “What if school gets let out early and you have to come pick me up?”
