Capital Reeds Classical Concert
The Capital Reeds, DC’s premiere woodwind trio, and pianist Mark Vogel, present a beautiful program of classical masterworks on Sun., Nov 10, 4 p.m., Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax (UUCF), 2709 Hunter Mill Road, Oakton, VA.

The professional musicians in the Capital Reeds (oboe, clarinet, and bassoon) are active performers in the region, having appeared with such ensembles as the National Symphony Orchestra, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Richmond Symphony, Wolf Trap Opera Company, Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra, the United States Army Orchestra, United States Naval Academy Band and many others.
Pianist Mark Vogel is the Director of Music and Arts at UUCF. He has performed regularly in the Washington, DC, area, with such organizations as Washington Men’s Camerata, National Master Chorale, Vienna Choral Society, Army Chorus, the Washington Ballet Orchestra, Woodley Ensemble, Lesbian & Gay Chorus of Washington, Capitol Hill Arts Workshop and others.

Proceeds from this concert will benefit Fairfax CASA - a nonprofit network of volunteers representatives advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children in Fairfax County.
