Update: Clifton's Haunted Trail Postponed

The haunted trail scheduled for October 29 has been postponed

Looking for a spooky, yet family-friendly event this weekend? Clifton's annual Haunted Trail event originally scheduled for Saturday is now on Sunday, Oct. 30.

Rain and snow prevented the trail from taking place on Saturday evening.

Proceeds from the fundraising event benefit the town. Participants can take in various spooky skits, drink hot apple cider, and watch a scary a movie, among other attractions.

“It’s really a lot of fun and it’s a great time for a change for the adults to scare the kids,” said Heather Fitzgerald, a volunteer with the event who lives in Clifton.

The Haunted Trail is held at the 8-acre Buckley Park at 12802 Chapel Street. In past years, spooky volunteers included high school students looking for community service hours.
