Body Found Near Bull Run Regional Park in Centreville

No word on whether body is that of missing Clifton man, whose car was found Tuesday night near Bull Run Regional Park.

Fairfax County Police found the body of a man Wednesday near Bull Run Regional Park, in a quarry near a truck that was abandoned by Clifton man Brian Woodworth, who went missing, according to a report by CBSLocal. No word on whether the body is Woodworth.

"We can't confirm whether it's that man," said Officer Shelley Broderick, a spokeswoman for the Fairfax County Police Department. Police are not treating the incident as a homicide, she said.

"Nothing leads us to suspect foul play," she noted.

Woodworth, a 27-year-old Centreville High School graduate, went missing on Feb. 2, according to his friends. He left his home while driving a 2003 white Toyota Highlander. Police found his car Tuesday night off Bull Run Post Office Road, near Bull Run Regional Park, but did not see any sign of him. Friends and family have posted fliers at businesses all over the area.

According to a friend, Woodworth missed both a flight to Costa Rica and a doctor's appointment.
