Crime Report: Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County Police Department for events that took place up to Friday, April 20. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 25-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident near George Mason University.

Authorities were called to the 10600 block of Braddock Road at 2 a.m. on April 15 after a report of a fight in progress. Officers said they arrived to find several people chasing a man in a parking lot.

The victim declined to pursue assault charges, but police arrested Jeremy Medina, of Fredericksburg, with the alleged disorderly conduct and public intoxication charge.
