Fairfax Station Crime: Possessing Child Pornography, Stolen Property and Not Reporting an Accident

It was a busy week for Virginia law enforcement officials and a few Fairfax Station residents.

Here are the top Fairfax Station crime stories from the past week and the weekly incident and arrest report from the Fairfax County Police Department. 

George Ronald Marion, a 67-year-old Fairfax Station man, was charged with 50 months in prison for traveling from Virginia to DC to have sex with an underage child and for possessing child pornography. 

Thomas V. Bowers, a 25-year-old Burke man, died July 2 after being injured in a motorcycle crash in Clifton on Sunday, June 16, 2013. 

Crime incidents and arrests

A wallet and keys were stolen from a residence in the 6800 block of Old Stone Fence Rd. in Fairfax Station. 

A 19-year-old Fairfax Station man living in the 5500 block of Ox Rd. was arrested for obstruction of justice without threats or force on July 18, 2013. 

A 29-year-old Fairfax Station woman living in the 8200 block of Roseland Dr. was arrested for driving while intoxicated on drugs (the type was not indicated) and not reporting an accident resulting in more than $500 in damage on July 23, 2013.
