Hall was ejected from his motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said that the girl was treated for minor injuries at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital.

This investigation is ongoing. The speed of the motorcycle appears to be a factor in the crash, police said. Minutes before the crash, police were given a lookout for a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed in that area, police said.
