Pedestrian Struck On Clifton Road and Yates Ford Road
There was no sidewalk in that area.
A 17-year-old Clifton girl was struck by a 2013 Toyota Sienna while walking along Clifton Road (Rt. 645) near Yates Ford Drive on the early evening of Friday, April 19.
The girl was struck at about 6:20 p.m. while walking along a stretch of Clifton Road without sidewalks. She was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The female driver of the Toyota Sienna was not charged, and stayed with the victim at the scene.
