  1. Review of the Minutes (last regular meeting and any subsequent special meetings).
  2. Report of the Treasurer.
  3. Reports of Planning Commission, Architectural Review Board, and Committees:
  • Planning Commission;
  • Architectural Review Board;

  • Town Hall Committee – Presentation by David Lemieux of Cii on HVAC Equipment;
  • Town Hall Committee – HVAC Status and Probable Repair; Router Replacement at Town Hall by Cox;
  • Special Projects Committee – Appointments to Streetscape Working Group;
  • Special Projects Committee – Authorization to Enter Into Project Agreement with VDOT for Floodplain Park;
  • BPOL Committee – Status Report.

  • Citizen’s Remarks:

(Each person wishing to address the Council shall, when recognized by the Mayor, give his name.  Remarks shall be made to the Council and not to other citizens present, and shall be limited to one period of not over five (5) minutes, unless granted additional time by unanimous consent of the Council.  Priority shall be given to persons who have signified to the Clerk their desire to address the Council in writing prior to the meeting.)

Unfinished Business:

  • Dinner Theater Event Results;
  • Budget Submittals for Fiscal Year 2011-2012;
  • Status of Website Move and Redesign;
  • Storage of Haunted Trail Items – Need to Remove from CBA Barn.

New Business:

  • Wine Festival Event on June 18, 2011 with use of Clifton Park on June 17-18, 2011;
  • Use of Clifton Town Meeting Hall and Priorities for Use;
  • Town Dumpster Policy;
  • Renewal of Pink House Leases.

If anyone attending the Town Council meeting needs a sign language interpreter, or any other type of special accommodation or auxiliary aid, please call Mayor Bill Hollaway at 703-869-8830.  A request should be made at least five (5) days in advance of the meeting to provide sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements.  These services are available at no charge to the individual.
