Clifton Town Council To Present Proposed Budget

A public hearing will be held Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

The Town Council will present its proposed budget for review Tuesday before the town meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.. The session is open to public comments.

The bulk of the town’s spending in the proposed budget will go toward payroll and contractual expenses.  The town is set to bring $183,470 in revenue with $177,342 in expenses.

Expenses include $48,443 in payroll expenses and contractual expenses for groups including the beautification committee, homes tour committee, and preservation committee.
