Clifton Town Meeting Agenda: June 7

Clifton's town council meets tonight at 7:30 p.m.

Order of Business:

  1. Review of the Minutes (last regular meeting and any subsequent special meetings).
  2. Report of the Treasurer.
  3. Reports of Planning Commission, Architectural Review Board, and Committees:
    1. Planning Commission;
    2. Architectural Review Board;
    3. Committees;
  • i. Streetscape Master Plan – Next Public Meeting June 14, 7:30 pm Town Hall;
  • ii. Results from Clifton Gala;
  • iii. Chair for Clifton Business Coalition.

4. Communications.

a. Citizen Complaint re: Placement of Sign for Clifton Café.

5. Citizen’s Remarks:

(Each person wishing to address the Council shall, when recognized by the Mayor, give his name.  Remarks shall be made to the Council and not to other citizens present, and shall be limited to one period of not over five (5) minutes, unless granted additional time by unanimous consent of the Council.  Priority shall be given to persons who have signified to the Clerk their desire to address the Council in writing prior to the meeting.)

6. Unfinished Business:

  • a. Approval of Budget for FYE1206;
  • b. Approval of FY10 Audited Financials;
  • c. Approval of Lease Renewal for Pink House Front Building (La Bella Luce).

7. New Business:

  • a. Authorization to Execute Fairfax County Permit Applications for Construction Phase of Clifton Creek Park (Floodplain);
  • b. Review of Easement Documents from CBA and NVCT for Clifton Creek Park.

8. Adjournment.
