Hugo Releases Legislative Survey

The survey asks constituents their stance on controversial issues.

Delegate Tim Hugo (R), who represents Virginia’s 40th District that includes portions of Clifton, has released his 2012 Legislative Survey.

The 19-question survey determines how constituents stand on controversial issues.

It asks constituents how they would address the budget shortfall, their position on the so-called ‘King’s Dominion law’ that does not allow local schools to begin before Labor Day, and whether illegal immigrants should be eligible for in-state tuition.
