Presidents Day: Fairfax County Will Pick Up Trash and Recycling
Office will be closed but services will go on as usual
This just in from our friends at Fairfax County: Please be advised that Monday, Feb. 21, will be a regular solid waste collection day for those customers who receive trash and recycling collection service on Mondays from Fairfax County. All trash and recycling should be at the curb by 6 a.m. in order to ensure that it will be collected.
Our administrative office will be closed on Monday, Feb. 21, for the Presidents Day holiday. The office will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
The Recycling and Disposal Centers at the I-66 Transfer Station (4618 West Ox Road) and the I-95 Landfill Complex (9850 Furnace Road) will both be open normal operating hours on Monday, Feb. 21st.
