Fairview Scouts Hold Bake Sale for Area School
The troop held the bake sale on Election Day, Nov. 8
A Girl Scout troop with students mostly from Fairview Elementary School collected about $500 this week from a bake sale outside of the school on Election Day.
Troop 1247 is collecting money for bagged lunches for students at schools in Fairfax County. The girls plan and bake the goods for the drive. A boy scout was also on hand to help on Tuesday.
