Robinson Students Win Tech Awards

The conference took place in Nashville.

students recently won awards at the National Technology Student Association Conference.

The conference, held in Nashville, is sponsored by the national nonprofit organization for middle and high school students with a strong interest in technology. Students competed by making technology-based projects for the event.

More than 28 Fairfax County Public Schools' (FCPS) middle and high school students won awards at the conference. A Lake Braddock Secondary School team captured first place at the middle school level in the Environmental Focus category.

Deanna Meyer of Robinson Secondary School, won second place in Transportation Systems for the middle school level.
