Santa Claus is Coming to Town—on a Harley

Santa Claus is making several stops in Fairfax County this week

Santa Claus is ditching his sleigh for a Harley Davidson motorcycle this week to deliver toys to Fairfax County boys and girls.

Local police agencies will escort Santa on the 25th Annual Ride for Children on Dec. 12, 13, and 14 to collect toys and other donations. Santa and police officers will be making special stops at in Clifton and the Fairfax County Government Center, among other places.

The donations will be delivered to INOVA Fairfax Hospital Child Life Center, the Georgetown Hospital Lombardi Cancer Center, the Ronald McDonald House and the Reston F.I.S.H. (For Immediate Sympathetic Help).

Donations of new, unwrapped toys should be made to the Fairfax County Police station, their designated school, or the Fairfax County print shop at the government center. All donations should be made before 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12.
