Fairfax County's Independent Living Project offers a free program of seminars and yoga classes that help older adults continue living independently.
Programs are at the Burke Centre Library on Fridays, January 28-March 11, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (No program on February 25.) The schedule is:
