Community Update

I'm extremely disappointed with this place. A couple of years ago I was asked to be a bridesmaid in my friends wedding. I purchased a designer $800 dress, and had it taken up here because it was slightly too long. The wedding was canceled and the newly altered dress sat in my closet in it's protective bag until recently. Recently, I wore it for a fashion event at Nordstrom. I walked the runway one time and had the dress on for one hour tops. In that short period of time the very poorly sewn seam came undone. I brought the dress back for repair, and instead of offering to correct their shoddy work they tried to charge me, AGAIN! I'm sorry, but I can't afford to pay for the same poorly executed work to be done over and over again. Just bad business practice. They should have stood behind their work. I'll never return! I should have stuck with getting my dresses done at Bobbies Bridal, their seamstress has never let me down!
