I completely disagree with the other review. I have used Premium for my regular lawn maintence for several years and they are exceptional. In addition I had them install my patio a few years ago and they were very professional. They kept to both their timeline and quote. This was a rather large job and they were much more reasonable than than the other quotes I received. I have been so satisfied that when my parents needed several large trees removed I referred them to Premium. My parents were very satisfied with the work they did. In addition, they truely enjoyed wokring with Ritchie whom they stated kept them informed throughout the project.
I can honestly say Premium does live up to their name!

Do not be fooled by the high-end website that the owners front. This company is on the decline. You can only deal with the supervisors through a switchboard. We are very unhappy and there are 3 homes on our street who have their landscaping done by Premium. The only thing Premium about this company is the website. The area supervisors make excuses like "rain" and "we are behind due to rain". Richie and Roger are excuse makers and you will regret contracting with this company. Three accounts on our street say so.
If I could rate lower than one star I would. We bought a house on a wooded lot and hired premium to put in french drains to solve a water and flooding problem in the yard. They seemed great right up until Richie dropped off a bunch of laborers to do the work without supervision. They used a trencher and ran it within feet of a bunch of mature oak trees (Richie assured me this was fine - since then I've discovered it's not at all fine and most likely we will lose many of the mature trees). They also cut our electric line with their stupid trencher. When they were done, one side of our yard was nothing but mud and rocks, and they left it that way. Not only did the drains not solve our problem, but they made it worse. They even caused my neighbor's yard to flood, and he threatened to sue us. We had to hire a new landscaper to replace the drains, and when they dug them up they discovered that in one spot the drain was not even connected to the rest of the piping! We also paid them 60/each to plant three shrubs, which died within a few months. The workers were unprofessional and inexperienced, they spoke no English and I could not communicate with them, and no one supervised the job at all. We wasted our money on this company and it has cost us more than we paid to fix the damage they did.
