Former South County Football Coach Pleads Guilty to Drug Charge
Jeffrey Reagan faces up to 10 years in prison.
A former football coach at South County and West Springfield High Schools pleaded guilty Thursday to dealing anabolic steroids. Jeffrey Reagan, 44, of Bristow, was arrested last June with his alleged supplier at the Sully Plaza Shopping Center in Chantilly. Reagan worked at South County High School for five years and taught at Mountain View Alternative High School in Centreville. He faces up to 10 years in prison for possession of a controlled drug with the intent to distribute. Sentencing is scheduled for March. There was no evidence that Reagan sold steroids to students, according to the Washington Post.
