Snyder spoke to the Greenspring Retirement Republican Club on Tuesday

Tech entrepreneur Pete Snyder is running for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia, and for more than a half-hour Tuesday morning, he talked the talk with Republicans at the Greenspring Retirement Community in Springfield.  "I want to rein in the size and scope of government," said Snyder. "You hear politicians talk about this all the time as budgets continue to rise. And when you look over the past 20 years, budgets in Richmond have grown by over 400 percent. The population of Virginia has only grown by 40 (percent). Something is out of whack. So, I want to make it a goal to rein government in by 10 percent. Cuccinelli: Jail 'Logical' Protest to Obamacare Contraception Mandate

Virginia AG says health care act is attack on Catholic Church.

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli said this week he believes that going to jail may be the best way that Virginians can challenge President Obama's healthcare mandate for businesses to cover contraception in their health insurance plans.  "Forcing business owners and businesses to do this is not consistent with our history of preserving religious liberty," said Cuccinelli Wednesday, in an interview with conservative radio talk show host Steve Deace.  Cuccinelli, a conservative who is running for governor, said that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is an attack on the Catholic Church, and that his local bishop told him he was willing to go to jail over the issue.  "I told him, 'Bishop, don't take this personally - you …
