I was at the meeting last night and the issue of the set-asides was not discussed. I believe they will pick it back up at the June public hearing when the ordinance is scheduled to be codified.

I was at the meeting last night and it was not discussed. I believe they're waiting for the ordinance to be codified at the June public hearing to open it back up.

The BRT will have a stop near the Potomac Yard Metro station, if the station is approved. Planners have yet to decide where the PY Metro station will be located. As it stands, the BRT route will cut between Route 1 and Potomac Avenue on E. Glebe Road in mixed traffic, presumably to link up near the Potomac Yard Metro stop before continuing north into Crystal City.

You're right. An oversight on my part. Planning Commission has approval authority on subdivisions of land and site plans, which is the entirely of this proposal. I'll make the edit. Thanks for pointing this out.
